Most alternatives are expensive. resmio charges up to €130 per month. aleno has custom pricing that restaurants can't even see upfront. Others tack on per-cover commissions that eat into already thin margins.
We thought that was wrong. Restaurant reservation software shouldn't cost a fortune. The technology isn't complicated. The value is in doing the basics well and charging a fair price.
So we built Tavooli. €9.99 per month. Everything included. No commissions.
Tavooli was started by a former Quandoo team member who spent years working with restaurants on their booking systems. That experience matters because we've seen what works, what frustrates restaurants, and what features actually get used.
We're based in Berlin. We speak German natively. And we understand the DACH market because we live and work here.
€9.99 per month, flat. Restaurants already deal with tight margins. Software should be a small, predictable cost. Not a variable expense that grows with your success.
Charging restaurants per cover is a bad model. It punishes growth. We'll never do it.
Your guest data belongs to you. We're DSGVO compliant, run on German infrastructure, and provide an AV-Vertrag to every restaurant. We don't sell data to anyone.
Restaurant staff are busy. They don't have time to learn complicated software. Every feature we build has to be obvious to use within the first minute.
